Manage schedules, budgets, quality, and architectural deliverables. Review designs, shop drawings, materials, and technical submissions. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/architectural issues. Handle QM/PQP, RFI/RFA, Method Statements, DfS, and CONQUAS. Guide junior staff and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and safety standards. Requirements Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. 10–15 years of architectural/design management experience in Singapore. A1 Main Contractor and large-scale project experience preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks/BIM, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations.
