LTD.** · Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary Serve as an Architectural Engineer , responsible for the technical engineering of architectural works for semiconductor Frontend FAB facilities, including planning, design, construction support, multidisciplinary coordination, site inspection and project handover. Ensure architectural and cleanroom facilities meet process, quality, safety and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Architectural Planning & Design Plan and coordinate architectural layouts, space allocation and functional arrangements for FAB, Sub-FAB, Utility Buildings, Offices, Warehouses and related facilities. Cleanroom Design Plan Cleanroom walls, ceilings, raised floors, airlocks, gowning rooms and related facilities to meet cleanliness, process and operational requirements. Architectural Materials Select and review wall panels, ceilings, flooring, doors, waterproofing, fire-rated and chemical-resistant materials suitable for FAB environments. Space & Interface Coordination Coordinate space, openings, access and maintenance requirements for Process Tools, Facility Equipment, ducts, piping, cable trays and other systems. Multidisciplinary Coordination Coordinate architectural interfaces with Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, Process, Gas, Chemical, UPW, WWT, Drainage and other disciplines. Engineering Documentation Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, sections, details, specifications, schedules, shop drawings and Vendor documents. BIM & Design Coordination Participate in BIM model reviews, clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination to resolve architectural, structural, equipment and MEP/Facility conflicts. Construction & Site Support Review construction methods and shop drawings, manage RFIs and design changes, and support resolution of architectural and site technical issues. Site Inspection & Quality Control Perform site inspections for walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, firestopping and cleanroom works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements. Handover & Technical Coordination Support inspections, punch list management, rectification, as-built documentation and project handover, while coordinating with Clients, Contractors, Vendors and relevant authorities. Requirements Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related discipline. 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural engineering, construction or semiconductor FAB projects; cleanroom or high-tech facility experience is preferred. Hands-on experience in FAB, cleanroom, commercial or industrial building construction and site coordination . Experience with cleanroom walls, ceilings, raised floors, fire-rated construction, architectural finishes and related systems is preferred. Able to read and interpret architectural drawings, sections, details, shop drawings, specifications and technical documents. Experience with BIM, design coordination and clash detection is an advantage. Familiar with Singapore building requirements, BCA regulations, SCDF Fire Code and relevant authority submission processes. Experience in site inspection, contractor coordination, RFI management, design changes, rectification and punch list management. Knowledge of TOP / CSC requirements and project handover procedures is preferred. Able to work independently on site and coordinate effectively with Clients, contractors, Vendors and multidisciplinary project teams. Good command of English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage. Willing to work in a site-based environment, including extended hours or shifts as required by the project. Relevant qualifications and licences must comply with applicable Singapore laws, regulations and authority requirements.
