The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming conceptual designs and sketches from architects and engineers into precise technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software. Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of local Qatar or GCC experience to be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities Convert preliminary architectural sketches, concepts, and ideas into comprehensive working drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections . Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to produce accurate and highly detailed construction documentation. Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to integrate all design elements seamlessly and resolve layout conflicts. Ensure all technical drawings strictly comply with Qatar Building Code (QBC) guidelines, civil defense safety regulations, and municipality requirements. Modify and revise existing shop drawings based on structural changes, site conditions, or client feedback. Manage, organize, and archive drawing logs and project documentation for easy team access. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Strictly 2–3 years of proven drafting experience within Qatar or the broader GCC region is mandatory. Local project exposure is highly preferred. Education: Diploma or Degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related technical field. Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) is required. Hands-on experience with Revit (BIM) or 3D Max is a significant advantage. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction materials, local structural methodologies, and detailing. Visa Status: Must be currently residing in Qatar. Pay: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
