Create detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings using software like AutoCAD; BIM is optional & preferred. Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, and reflected ceiling plans based on architect's sketches and concepts. Create detailed shop drawings for joinery, doors, windows, partitions, false ceilings, and staircases. Ensure openings, shafts, and blockouts are correctly shown for MEP and structural works. Maintain version control and revision history (e.g., Revision A, B, C – Issued for Construction, As-Built). Job Requirements: AutoCAD (advanced level) – layers, blocks, x-refs, layouts, dynamic blocks, paper space/model space. Understanding of architectural drawings – floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules. Knowledge of Dubai Municipality Code, Civil Defense requirements, DEWA regulations. Ability to understand architect instructions and clarify doubts. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other draftsmen. Handling multiple revision cycles and last-minute changes. Diploma or degree in Architecture with 5+ years of experience in AutoCAD. Experience in UAE is a must. Current/previous experience in large scale construction projects (high rise and community development/villas) Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
