Architectural Draftsman

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed layouts, and high-end 3D visualizations/walkthroughs (specializing in private villas, ADHA housing, and commercial projects).
• Prepare coordinated construction packages, material schedules, and technical specifications.
• Manage building permit submissions and modifications via Abu Dhabi DMT platforms (MePS / Bana’yat) through permit issuance.
• Coordinate designs across structural and MEP disciplines, liaising with entities like ADDC and Civil Defense for NOCs.
• Ensure compliance with ADIBC codes, zoning regulations, setbacks, and Estidama Pearl Rating (PBRS) sustainability mandates.
• Lead client meetings and deliver technical clarifications to site supervision teams.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (with UAE Ministry of Higher Education equivalency).
• Licensing: Valid Architect Registration / Classification Card issued by DMT Abu Dhabi.
• Experience: 5+ years in engineering consultancies, including 2+ years in Abu Dhabi (strong residential villa and national housing background).
• Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; 3D rendering in 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape; Adobe Photoshop.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of ADIBC, DMT MePS/Bana’yat workflows, Civil Defense codes, and Estidama standards.
• Languages: Full professional bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
