Position will also require overseeing various architectural projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will possess a background in single family residential design, understand construction methods and techniques. This position requires proficiency in Revit, good knowledge of AutoCAD, as well as basic office software. Duties - Utilize Revit to create detailed architectural details, sections, elevations, etc, full sets of plans. - Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines. - Prepare documents for construction purposes. - Coordinate with city agencies for plan submittal, review and approval processes. - Prepare materials and presentations for client meetings. - Coordinate with consultants and clients. Requirements - Excellent drafting skills. Proficiency in Revit and some experience is AutoCAD. - Proven experience as an Cad drafter, Job Captain or an Architectural Project Manager - Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes. - degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is preferred. - Good communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
