MODE Architects is looking for a variety of experience and talent levels to join our team. We are in need of recent college grads, upcoming designers as well as experienced project managers. Architectural Designer & Project Manager qualities needed: Proven working experience in the field of architecture. Portfolio to prove artistic skills and construction document production a must Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion or similar rendering programs) Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions Visual awareness and an eye for detail Communication and project management skills Architectural Designer & Project Manager Responsibilities and Duties Overview of all potential Job responsibilities depending on experience: * Create architectural designs based on customer input and feedback Prepare and execute construction documents Adjust contracts and designs to meet the changing needs of clients coordinate meetings with clients and run jobs of various types Adhere to all industry standards in design Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement designs Oversee and manage architectural production Architectural Designer & Project Manager Qualifications and Skills Architectural designer: recent graduate to 2+ years’ experience Project Manager: 5+ years experience Working in either residential or commercial architectural design Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Design or related field Benefits We offer very competitive salary and benefits which will be commensurate to work experience and ability level.'' we also offer a limited work from home package This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture Job Type: Full-time Experience: Revit: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
