LTD.** · Bedok · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project - Check and study Tender / Construction Drawings, resolve any technical issues or discrepancies between drawings and project execution - Coordinate Material Procurement with Consultants and Users, and ensure timely delivery of materials - Attend and prepare reports of regular project meetings with clients and subcontractors - Carry out inspection to ensure the works are executed to the required quality standard and in accordance to approved drawings and specifications - Liaise with Consultants and sub-contractors to ensure timely execution of all project matters - Prepare and submit Shop drawings - Prepare and Submit As-built Drawings (OMM) - Assist Quantity Surveyor for variation order items JOB REQUIREMENTS - At least Diploma/Degree in Architecture - Min 2-3 years of Singapore working experience in building construction - Proficient in Auto Cad & Sketch-up, knowledge in using of MS Project & Revit (BIM) would be an added advantage. - An independent, proactive & good team player
