Overview Seeking a Project Manager to join a full-service Architectural design firm. We represent national and local clients with exciting and unique project opportunities. Applicants should be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit with a minimum of 5 years professional experience in Retail and/or Grocery leading projects from concept thru construction. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university Minimum 5 years of experience in design and construction documentation Knowledgeable and proficient in designing within local, state and national codes Proficient in AutoCAD Project management skills Strong communication skills Coordination skills of engineering disciplines Knowledgeable in Design, Documentation, Bid, Permitting and Construction Administration Preferred: Revit Software USGBC LEED Certification Benefits: Excellent Pay Health Insurance 401K Profit Sharing Available Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
