Architect / Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Architect/Interior Designer to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space-planning proposals based on project requirements.
• Prepare detailed interior design drawings, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Prepare 2D and 3D presentations, renderings, and visualizations for client approval.
• Select and recommend materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Prepare material boards, mood boards, material schedules, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site visits to verify measurements, inspect site conditions, and ensure design implementation.
• Review shop drawings and ensure design intent is maintained during project execution.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of design submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE interior fit-out projects .
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, renovation, and commercial/residential interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of Corona, V-Ray, Lumion, or other rendering software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural finishes, joinery, gypsum ceilings, flooring, wall cladding, furniture, and lighting.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
