Key Responsibilities Design Development: Prepare architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, material selections, and presentations. Technical Drawings: Develop detailed drawings, shop drawings, joinery details, and construction documentation. Design Coordination: Coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, and structural drawings to avoid technical conflicts. Client & Consultant Coordination: Attend design meetings, address comments, and obtain necessary approvals. Site Coordination: Support project engineers and site teams to ensure proper execution of approved designs. Material Selection: Coordinate finishing materials, samples, specifications, and supplier submissions. Design Modifications: Manage design revisions, client requests, and technical changes throughout project execution. Authority Compliance: Ensure designs comply with applicable UAE building regulations and authority requirements. Project Documentation: Maintain updated drawings, design approvals, material schedules, and as-built documentation. Time & Cost Control: Ensure design deliverables meet project deadlines and remain aligned with approved budgets. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior design and fit-out projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and relevant rendering software. Strong knowledge of luxury interior finishes, joinery, materials, and construction detailing. Excellent technical coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines. Reporting To: Design Manager / Project Manager Main Objective: Deliver creative, technically accurate, cost-effective, and construction-ready design solutions while ensuring effective coordination between the design team, consultants, clients, and site execution teams. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
