# Architect / Design Coordinator **SPAZIO INTERIORS LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Architect / Design Coordinator Company: Spazio Interiors LLC Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of UAE experience Role Overview Spazio Interiors LLC is looking for an experienced Architect / Design Coordinator who can independently handle client requirements, architectural drawings, design development, 3D visualization, and coordination with site teams. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant UAE experience and should be confident attending client meetings, understanding project requirements, and converting those requirements into practical, accurate, and executable drawings. Key Responsibilities Attend client meetings and clearly understand project requirements, expectations, budget, and scope Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements Prepare architectural layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings Prepare space planning and furniture layouts where required Develop concept designs and design presentations Prepare 3D models and high-quality realistic renders Prepare detailed drawings suitable for site execution Revise drawings and designs based on client comments Present design proposals professionally to clients Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP, joinery, ceiling, flooring, lighting, and other fit-out requirements Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors Identify design clashes or site issues before execution Ensure drawings are technically practical and buildable Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and proper project documentation Follow up with clients for design approvals and pending decisions Visit sites when required to verify execution against approved drawings Support the project team in resolving design-related issues during construction Required Software Skills Strong proficiency in: AutoCAD SketchUp and/or 3ds Max Enscape, V-Ray, Corona, or equivalent rendering software Knowledge of the following will be an advantage: Revit Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator BIM workflows Candidate Requirements Degree in Architecture Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in architecture, interior fit-out, or contracting Strong technical drawing and detailing ability Strong 3D modelling and rendering skills Good knowledge of UAE construction and fit-out practices Ability to independently attend client meetings Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into workable designs Strong spoken and written English Confident presentation and communication skills Strong attention to detail Good understanding of materials, finishes, joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and lighting Ability to coordinate drawings with MEP requirements Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage Ideal Candidate We are looking for an architect who can handle a project from the client requirement stage through design development, drawings, renders, revisions, approval, and site coordination . The candidate should not be limited to drawing or rendering. They must be technically strong, confident with clients, and capable of producing designs that can actually be executed on site.
