In this role, you will oversee the planning, design, and development of Savemore Market stores nationwide. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards. If you're a licensed architect with a passion for retail development and project management, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end planning, design, and development of new Savemore Market stores. Coordinate with internal teams, including Construction, Operations, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and implement store design standards to maintain a consistent brand identity. Collaborate with external architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful and timely completion. Provide technical guidance and architectural expertise to the Store Development team. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in retail architecture and store development. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; Master's Degree is an advantage. Licensed Architect (PRC License is required). At least 3 years of relevant experience in retail, commercial, or store development projects. Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, building codes, and project implementation. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit , and other relevant design software. Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail store planning or customer-centric design is an advantage.
