They work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the design and construction process. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their requirements and budget. Develop architectural designs, drawings, and plans. Prepare 2D and 3D models using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and construction teams. Prepare project specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents. Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure work follows design plans. Resolve design or construction issues that arise during the project. Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles where appropriate.
