Coordinate with the Consultants / Designers and Contractors. Evaluate proposals and quotations. Prepares correspondence and monitors any adjustment/modification in design during the construction stage. Qualifications: A graduate of BS in Architecture (Board Passer/ Professional License Exam is a plus). With a minimum of five (5) and above years of experience in Architectural Works for residential condominiums, hotels, and resorts. Good written and verbal communication skills Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications and AutoCAD. Applicant must be willing to relocate (PROJECT LOCATION MANDALUYONG CITY) You can start immediately. Full-time position(s) available. Salary to be negotiated, depending on the qualification of the successful candidates. Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
