The ideal candidate should have strong architectural knowledge, good design skills, and the ability to handle projects efficiently from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities - Develop architectural designs and concepts as per project requirements. - Prepare detailed architectural drawings and working drawings. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders. - Ensure designs and drawings comply with project requirements and applicable standards. - Assist in project planning, execution, and coordination. - Review drawings and make necessary modifications based on project requirements. - Coordinate with site teams to ensure proper implementation of designs. - Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. - Provide creative and practical design solutions. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch). - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. - Strong knowledge of architectural design and documentation. - Good understanding of working drawings and project coordination. - Proficiency in relevant architectural software. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
