The role combines creative design, technical knowledge, project coordination, and compliance with building regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, designs, plans, and specifications. Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software . Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections. Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning requirements, safety standards, and applicable regulations. Prepare project documentation, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules. Review construction progress and resolve design or technical issues. Evaluate materials, finishes, and construction methods. Participate in client presentations and design meetings. Monitor project quality, timelines, and design requirements. Revise plans and drawings based on client, consultant, or regulatory requirements.
