The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design and technical skills, with 2–5 years of relevant experience and proven UAE experience . The candidate should also have a good understanding of local regulations, authority requirements, and construction practices. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings. Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details. Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. Ensure designs comply with UAE building codes, regulations, and authority requirements. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities. Prepare drawings and documentation for submissions and approvals. Conduct site visits and monitor architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents. Assist with project documentation, specifications, and design development. Identify design and technical issues and provide practical solutions. Ensure projects are delivered according to design intent, quality standards, timelines, and client requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant architectural experience. Previous UAE experience is required. Good knowledge of UAE building regulations, construction standards, and authority approval processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software. Experience with Revit/BIM is an advantage. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and project teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. UAE driving license is an advantage.
