Job Description Develop and review architectural drawings, detailing, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements, local building codes and regulations. Identify shop drawings discrepancies, review the architectural drawings with the structural and M&E drawings to resolve conflicts. Submit and gather records for all RFI, RFM, RFA to Architect and ID. Coordinate with architectural subcontractors to ensure proper scheduling, communication, and execution of design plans. Assist in preparing method statements, technical reports, and schedules. Monitor progress of architectural works on-site and report deviations. Support site inspections with RTO/RE and quality control activities. Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvals Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation
