The ideal candidate should have experience in ERP or software projects, a good understanding of business processes, and strong communication skills in Arabic and English. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting ERP implementation activities. Key Responsibilities - Support ERP implementation and software consulting projects. - Communicate with Arabic-speaking clients and understand their business requirements. - Assist with requirement gathering and business process discussions. - Prepare and document client requirements in Arabic and English, where required. - Coordinate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and technical teams. - Follow up on project tasks, client queries, and deliverables. - Assist with ERP configuration, testing, and data verification. - Participate in client meetings and project discussions. - Prepare meeting notes, functional documents, process flows, and project updates. - Help communicate functional requirements clearly to the technical team. Requirements - Native-level Arabic speaking and writing skills are mandatory. - Previous experience in ERP, software implementation, software consulting, or IT projects is required. - Experience with ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, or similar systems is preferred. - Good understanding of business processes and ERP workflows. - Good English communication skills. - Strong client communication, coordination, and documentation skills. - Ability to understand business requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams. - Willingness to work in a project-based environment. - Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred. - Candidates available for part-time or internship engagement are encouraged to apply.
