Arabic Speaking Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Arabic Speaking Sales Executive to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with jewellery businesses across the UAE, GCC, and international markets to introduce our JewelSteps software, generate business leads, and develop potential client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to jewellery businesses across the UAE, GCC, and international markets.
• Introduce and explain JewelSteps software, its features, and benefits to potential clients.
• Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads through calls.
• Follow up with prospective clients, inquiries, and product demonstration requests.
• Understand client requirements and provide relevant product information.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to schedule product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate call records, client details, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
• Handle inbound calls and client inquiries professionally.
• Achieve assigned monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
• Collect client feedback and share it with the concerned teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency (Native/Fluent) is mandatory.
• Good command of English is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or business development.
• Jewellery industry experience will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

Note: Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and willing to work from our Sharjah, UAE office.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
