Are you a results-driven marketing professional who can develop client accounts, supervise a creative team, and deliver full marketing strategies ? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of client campaigns and ensure every project exceeds expectations. What You’ll Do: - Develop and grow client accounts with strategic oversight. - Supervise the creative team (designers, videographers, editors) to deliver high-quality content. - Oversee lead generation activities , providing guidance and ensuring alignment with client objectives. - Create and present full marketing strategies to clients, from concept to execution. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, design, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. - Fluent in Arabic and English with strong client-facing skills - Proven track record of success in a similar role within a digital marketing agency with at least 4 years of experience leading creative teams and managing complex projects. - Expertise in digital design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant applications. - In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, copywriting, and user experience design. - Experience in real estate, clinics, education sectors! - Strong leadership abilities, with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of creative professionals to achieve exceptional results. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
