Key Responsibilities: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management in Advertising or marketing agency in the UAE, Leadership & Strategy - Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company’s goals. - Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales and client relations executives. - Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets. - Identify new market opportunities , potential partnerships, and growth areas. Sales & Business Development - Be highly target-oriented , driven by measurable results and consistent achievement. - Develop creative outreach strategies to attract new clients. - Present and explain products or services clearly, tailoring solutions to client needs. - Attend and represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences . Reporting & Coordination - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management. - Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution. - Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and opportunities. - Use data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve conversion Requirements - Candidate with a professional appearance and confident presence . - Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client accounts. - Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems. - Experience communicating with government entities or managing government projects is a strong advantage. - Valid UAE driving license is an must.
