QUALIFICATIONS : EDUCATION : Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Financial Management EXPERIENCE : 2–4+ years of dedicated Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Credit & Collections experience. REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS : Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience with an ERP/accounting system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a firm but professional approach to collections. Diligent follow-through and problem-solving skills for reconciling complex customer accounts. familiarity with B2B collections and managing large-volume transactional data.
