This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build a long-term career in project management and the electronic security industry . The Role You will work alongside experienced Project Managers, gaining hands-on experience across security projects while completing a structured training programme. The programme will run for approximately 2–3 years , combining formal qualifications, company training and practical project experience, with the opportunity to progress into a Project Manager position upon successful completion. Key Responsibilities - Supporting Project Managers with the delivery of security projects - Assisting with project planning, coordination and administration - Liaising with clients, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors - Helping monitor project progress, costs and deadlines - Maintaining project documentation and records - Developing knowledge of electronic security systems and project delivery - Taking increasing responsibility as your skills and experience develop About You - Strong organisational and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Proactive and willing to learn - Able to work well as part of a team - Confident working under guidance while taking ownership of tasks - Genuine interest in project management, engineering or electronic security Previous project management experience is not essential. Full training and support will be provided. Salary: Circa £26,000 Location: King's Cross, London Development: Structured 2–3 year training programme with progression into Project Management Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
