Your will be involved in troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing support to end-users. Responsibilities and Duties Giving functional support on Applications (Web + TAB + Mobile). Giving support to users and handling calls on daily basis. Resolving the issues referring the knowledge base. Co-ordination with Client and development team for to resolved any unknown issues time-to-time. Testing the new process/features in the system. Handling database system for uploading and updating data. Writing SQL scripts and stored procedure in SQL Server for Report Designing. Giving data through database as per user requirements. Maintaining SQL Server back-up and maintenance plan. Maintaining Auto mail reports to users. Managing tickets in Mantis / Jira Weekly stakeholder Reporting Must have skills : Experience in providing technical support to end-users. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Skills MS SQL Server, SQL, ERP, testing, Microsoft Windows Technical Experience: 1-2-year experience in the domain of Web based B2B application support. Education UG: Any GraduatePG: Any Postgraduate Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
