This role acts as a bridge between development, operations, and project teams to ensure stable system performance, smooth deployments, and effective production support. The ideal candidate brings strong DevOps and operations expertise with hands-on development experience to troubleshoot applications, automate workflows, support enhancements, and collaborate with engineering teams. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Support & Environment Management - Support Development , UAT , and Production environments - Monitor application health, system performance, and dashboards - Troubleshoot production incidents and data processing failures - Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions - Work with project managers to resolve client-reported issues - Support data workflows, scheduled jobs, and operational processes - Participate in production support and release activities DevOps & Automation - Maintain deployment scripts and release procedures - Manage environment configurations and application settings - Enhance monitoring and alerting capabilities Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS) - Support AWS-hosted environments and services - Manage cloud resources for assessment applications - Ensure scalability, logging, monitoring, and operational readiness Application Support & Development - Troubleshoot .NET applications and services - Support enhancements and defect resolution - Develop utilities, automation tools, and operational scripts - Assist with code reviews and release readiness - Support SQL/database development and troubleshooting Required Qualifications - 5+ years supporting enterprise applications and operational environments - Strong production support and troubleshooting skills - Experience supporting .NET applications - Strong SQL skills: - Query development - Stored procedures - Data analysis - Troubleshooting data issues - Experience with deployments and release processes - Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: Remote
