Your Impact & Role As our Planisware Enterprise Specialist & Digital Coach , you will serve as the functional anchor and champion for our backbone Planisware Enterprise which handles all of our Digital Projects. You will bridge the gap between complex digital tools and the teams who rely on them, turning data into actionable insights and supporting colleagues across Europe. 1. Digital Tool Evolution & Administration - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external developer teams using Agile methodologies to shape and deploy new Planisware Enterprise features. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Non-Regression Testing (NRT), and release management to keep our project management ecosystem robust and user-friendly. - 2. Coaching, Mentorship & Enablement - Serve as a trusted advisor, mentor, and functional expert for Digital PMOs, Project Managers, and Financial Controllers. - Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and coaching to help team members and project managers master tool processes and project management methodologies. Track, analyze, and report on key program and project performance metrics (KPIs) to keep initiatives aligned with strategic goals. - 3. Performance Analytics & Insights - Design and maintain interactive intuitive dashboards using modern data visualization platforms (such as Google Data Studio or SAP Analytics Cloud). - Help leadership and cross-functional teams spot trends, clear bottlenecks, and make confident, data-driven decisions. To thrive in this role, you bring: - Educational Background: A degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Management, or a related field. - Core Expertise: Proven functional administration or subject matter expertise in Planisware Enterprise . - PMO & Process Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience in PMO processes, project/program KPI tracking, and financial tracking workflows. - Agile Alignment: Experience applying Agile frameworks to tool development cycles (including user story mapping, defect tracking, and UAT). - Data Visualization Skills: Practical experience creating insights and dynamic reports using tools like Google Data Studio, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or similar BI software. - Collaboration & Communication: Excellent coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to unite cross-functional, multicultural teams. - Language: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
