Company: JJD & Associates Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 5 years (CA Firm background preferred) About Us JJD & Associates is a Mumbai-based Chartered Accountancy firm offering services across Direct Tax, GST, Audit, and MCA/ROC compliance. We are looking for an experienced Indirect Tax professional to independently manage a large, multi-client GST compliance portfolio at our Vidyavihar office. Key Responsibilities Independently handling end-to-end GST compliance for a portfolio of 100+ clients Managing Maharashtra Profession Tax (PT) compliance — registration, payment, and return filing Performing GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, and GSTR-3B reconciliation to ensure accurate ITC claims and return filing Handling GST Registration applications and amendment filings (core/non-core changes) Assisting in GST Audit — data compilation, reconciliation with books, and report finalization Coordinating with clients to resolve GST notices, mismatches, and compliance queries Ensuring timely and accurate filing of periodic GST returns across the client base Staying updated on GST law amendments, notifications, and circulars affecting compliance Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm handling a large volume of clients Proven ability to independently manage 100+ client compliances with accuracy and timeliness Strong working knowledge of GST returns, reconciliation processes, registration/amendment procedures, and GST audit Familiarity with Maharashtra Profession Tax compliance Proficiency with GST portal, Tally, Excel, and GST reconciliation/automation tools Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines across a large client base Good communication skills for client coordination Qualification B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent, with relevant GST compliance experience Location Requirement Candidates based in or able to commute to Vidyavihar, Mumbai preferred Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
