Experience in software development, application development, or a related IT role. Knowledge of programming languages and software development methodologies. Familiarity with databases, APIs, system integration, and application troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills. Able to work onsite in Ayala, Makati. Fresh graduates with relevant programming knowledge and project experience may be considered. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications based on business and system requirements. Analyze existing applications and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation. Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. Perform coding, debugging, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. Conduct unit testing and assist in system and user acceptance testing. Investigate and resolve application issues and technical problems. Maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and development-related records. Collaborate with IT professionals, business users, and third-party vendors on system development and implementation. Participate in system integration, deployment, and post-implementation support. Ensure developed applications follow established coding, security, quality, and development standards. Stay updated on relevant programming languages, development tools, technologies, and industry practices.
