AppleCare, Cork is responsible for managing customer service and support for the entire EMEIA region. The goal of the AppleCare organisation is to provide world-class technical support and service to the extensive installed base of Mac & iOS products and associated services. We are looking for astute, energetic graduates to work across a number of AppleCare Departments undertaking 5 rotations during a 23 month period. The departments you will work in may include Product Repair and Service management, Customer support, Service Channel Management, Materials and Planning, Business Process Re-engineering, Data Analytics, Engineering & Quality. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain valuable experience across a highly matrixed organisation. Graduates of Business Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics or any similar business disciplines are of particular interest.
