If you've been actively using your Apple Watch since May 2024 , this is a great opportunity to get involved! Project Goal: We aim to better understand how Apple Watch users interact with health and wellness features over time. Your participation will help us improve future user experiences. Candidate Requirements: You own an Apple Watch Series 4 or newer . You have been consistently using the watch for at least one year , starting from May 2024 . You typically wear the watch for at least 4 days per week , and more than 12 hours per day . For the past year, you have had at least one of the following notifications enabled at all times : “Stand Up and Move Around” notifications “Mindful Session” notifications “Handwashing Timer” notifications What participation involves: Confirming your eligibility.
