Apple Financial Services (AFS) is a global financing organization supporting Apple's Business and Education customers worldwide. Our mission is to enable Apple sales today and tomorrow through a platform of global funding partners and innovative financial products.
Based in Singapore, you will lead B2B business development and program management for AFS across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. You will:
- Manage AFS's funding and financing partner relationships for the Business and Education segment.
- Build and run financing and leasing programs for Large Enterprise, Mid-Market, Small Business, and Education customers.
- Own refresh and remarketing in the region, enabling B2B technology upgrades and maximizing value recovery through a strong re-marketing ecosystem.
- Drive sales activity and pipeline, and align with Apple's sales teams, internal functional groups, and channel and carrier partners.
This is a dynamic, highly commercial role with an entrepreneurial spirit, offering the opportunity to build regional structures from the ground up. It requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and executive presence for presenting to senior leaders at Apple and its partners. In practice, it means selling the financing, selling the refresh, and then selling the returned devices.
Grow AFS's B2B financing volume and enable sales of Apple products and services across all customer segments in the region. Strengthen relationships with funding partners to secure competitive, scalable, and reliable capacity, and improve the efficiency of their processes. Develop, propose, and run scalable financing and leasing programs with funding and channel partners. Partner with Apple's sales teams on pipeline management, from opportunity identification through deal execution, and understand the challenges sales teams and channel partners face. Ensure consistent funding-partner capabilities across markets for an excellent customer experience. Own channel relationships and AFS channel programs and refresh initiatives. Select, onboard, and manage remarketing partners, and build a regional remarketing platform that maximizes asset recovery. Influence regional and global teams that manage funding, remarketing, and channel partners. Build business models that scale.
10+ years in financial services, sales, business development, asset management, remarketing, trade-in, subscription, or upgrade programs, including managing teams and projects across multiple countries. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Proven track record structuring financing agreements with major funding partners for technology companies and managing those relationships across markets. Understanding of financing practices and legal/regulatory environments across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Experience with commercial financing solutions (leasing, financing, subscription, pay-as-you-go, rental) for Enterprise, Mid-Market, Small Business, and Education customers. Experience integrating financing programs with third-party resellers and managing the deal cycle and pipeline. Ability to develop KPIs for remarketing partners and maximize asset recovery. Strong financial and analytical skills. Consistent record of delivering multiple strategic programs on schedule. Ability to travel internationally at least 30%.
Advanced degree (MBA or JD) preferred. Ability to lead with or without direct reports, through influence. Experience working with cross-functional teams regionally and globally. Excellent communication, people, and project management skills, and the ability to act as an ambassador for financing and refresh programs. Independent, self-motivated, and proactive, with creative and critical thinking.
