About the role We are looking for an Analyst (Risk and Security) to support the organization in identifying, monitoring, and managing operational risks, safety concerns, and potential business disruptions. The role will support initiatives related to Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), weather and environmental monitoring, workplace safety, and emergency preparedness . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in developing a career in risk management, business continuity, and safety. This is an entry-level opportunity , and applicants from any industry are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant work experience—particularly those with a BPO or Technology background —will have an advantage. Key Responsibilities Monitor and assess potential operational risks that may impact business operations, employees, facilities, or service delivery. Support Business Continuity Management activities, including risk assessments, business impact analysis, continuity planning, and preparedness initiatives. Monitor weather forecasts and other relevant environmental conditions that may affect operations, employee safety, or business continuity. Assist in preparing and communicating risk and safety advisories during severe weather, emergencies, and other disruptive events. Support workplace safety and emergency preparedness programs and activities. Assist in maintaining risk, incident, safety, and business continuity documentation and reports. Coordinate with relevant teams during incidents, emergencies, and business disruptions. Assist in conducting drills, exercises, awareness activities, and other preparedness initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve existing risk, safety, and continuity processes. Perform other risk and safety-related tasks as assigned. Key Competencies & Qualifications Bachelor's degree holder Knowledge or training in Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) . Basic knowledge of weather forecasting and weather-related risks . BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training and/or certification is highly preferred. First Aid training and certification is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to monitor multiple sources of information and identify relevant risks or emerging situations. Organized, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure. Willingness to learn and develop expertise in risk management, business continuity, and workplace safety. Willing to work onsite Experience Entry-level applicants are welcome. Candidates with relevant experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Safety, Security, Operations, Incident Management, or related functions will have an advantage. Experience in the BPO or Technology industry is preferred but not required. Applicants from other industries are encouraged to apply.
