The Role

Analyst/Associate/AVP, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources

Key Accountabilities

• Expand and maintain recruitment channels, establish a high-quality employer brand image;
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, such as arrange job advertisements, screen profiles, conduct interviews;
• Present to the management on hiring justification and seek Management approval;
• Manage onboarding procedures and handle documentation, follow up with reference check procedures;
• Participate in campus recruitment;
• Such other duties as shall be directed by superiors from time to time.

Skills & Experience

• Love the country, Hong Kong and the Company and align with the core values of Bank of China and BOCI;
• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• With more than 2 years related experience , experience in organizing and managing recruitment work in Hong Kong companies;
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and well-organized;
• Proactive with positive attitude, adaptable to changes and respective to new ideas;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
