Positions Available: Zone 1 Supervisor Indoor Area Supervisor Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of the assigned zone/indoor area. Manage and coordinate staff within the assigned area. Monitor staff attendance, deployment, and performance. Ensure rides, attractions, and activities are operating smoothly and safely. Monitor guest flow, queues, and customer experience. Ensure the assigned area is clean, organized, and properly maintained. Handle guest concerns and operational issues professionally. Coordinate with the Park Manager and other departments when required. Report incidents, maintenance issues, and operational concerns. Ensure staff follow all safety and operational procedures. Conduct daily briefings and provide operational updates to management. Requirements Previous experience as a Supervisor in an amusement park, theme park, entertainment venue, hospitality, events, or similar environment. Experience managing and supervising operational staff. Strong communication and leadership skills. Good problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. Customer-service oriented. UAE experience is preferred. Amusement park or entertainment experience is preferred. Must be flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required. Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible. Pay: AED1,830.40 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
