Responsibilities: Oversee daily amusement park operations. Manage supervisors, ride operators, engineers, F&B, cashiers, and other operational teams. Ensure safe and efficient ride and attraction operations. Coordinate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams. Manage staffing, team deployment, and daily operations. Monitor guest experience, crowd management, cleanliness, and park standards. Handle operational issues and emergencies. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers. Ensure health, safety, and operational procedures are followed. Prepare daily operational reports for management. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in amusement parks, theme parks, entertainment venues, or similar operations. Previous experience in a Park Manager, Operations Manager, Venue Manager, or similar role. Experience managing large teams. Strong knowledge of amusement park operations and safety procedures. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays. UAE/GCC experience is preferred. International amusement park experience is preferred. Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible. Work Location: In person
