# Amusement Park Manager – Sheikh Zayed Festival **RAINLIGHT Events and Exhibtion LLC** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: Amusement Park Manager – Sheikh Zayed Festival Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE – Sheikh Zayed Festival, Al Wathba Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Amusement Park / Entertainment / Events Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible About the Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Amusement Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of the amusement park at Sheikh Zayed Festival, Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi . The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing amusement parks, theme parks, family entertainment centers, or large-scale entertainment venues, with proven ability to manage multiple operational departments and large teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operation of the amusement park. Lead and coordinate park supervisors, ride operators, mechanical and electrical engineers, F&B teams, cashiers, IT, customer service, security, cleaning, and other operational teams. Ensure all rides and attractions are operated safely and according to approved procedures. Coordinate closely with mechanical and electrical engineering teams regarding ride operations, inspections, and maintenance. Monitor daily staffing, attendance, performance, and team deployment. Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, emergency, and operational procedures. Manage guest flow, crowd control, queues, and overall visitor experience. Handle operational issues, incidents, and emergencies efficiently. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Conduct daily operational briefings and follow up on outstanding issues. Monitor park cleanliness, presentation, facilities, and overall standards. Prepare daily operational reports and provide regular updates to management. Coordinate with senior management and other departments to ensure smooth park operations. Support the planning and execution of peak days, special events, and festival activities. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in amusement parks, theme parks, entertainment venues, or similar large-scale operations. Previous experience as an Amusement Park Manager, Operations Manager, Park Manager, Venue Manager, or similar senior position . Strong experience managing large multidisciplinary teams. Experience with ride operations and amusement park safety procedures . Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick operational decisions. Strong understanding of safety, emergency, and operational procedures. Previous UAE/GCC experience is preferred . International amusement park experience is highly valued. Candidates with experience in South Africa or India’s amusement/theme park industry are particularly encouraged to apply . Must be flexible to work extended hours, weekends, public holidays, and during peak festival periods. Preferred Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in established amusement parks, theme parks, family entertainment centers, or large entertainment projects , especially candidates with international experience and strong operational leadership backgrounds.
