AML KYC - Regional Corporate Bank
A regional corporate bank is seeking an experienced KYC/CDD professional to support corporate banking customer reviews. The role covers customer onboarding, periodic and event-triggered reviews, including complex corporate structures, higher-risk relationships and enhanced due diligence. Responsibilities Perform and review KYC/CDD for corporate banking customers, covering new onboarding, periodic reviews and event-triggered reviews. Review complex corporate structures, beneficial ownership, authorised signatories and supporting documentation. Conduct customer risk assessments, sanctions, PEP and adverse news screening, including enhanced due diligence for higher-risk customers. Work closely with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to resolve documentation gaps and complex KYC matters. Monitor outstanding cases, maintain proper records and support remediation, audits and process improvement initiatives. Requirements Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accountancy or a related discipline. Strong corporate banking KYC/CDD experience, including complex structures and higher-risk relationships. Good knowledge of beneficial ownership, sanctions, PEP, adverse news and enhanced due diligence requirements. Familiarity with Singapore AML/CFT regulations and corporate banking products; checker or quality-review experience is advantageous. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage complex cases independently.
