Key Objective The primary responsibility will be to acquire new AMC customers and generate a minimum of ₹1 crore in AMC business/AUM through customer acquisition and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new AMC customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Generate leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct sales. Explain AMC products and services clearly to prospective customers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual customer-acquisition targets. Work toward generating ₹1 crore or more in AMC business/AUM . Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly report progress. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Monitor customer requirements and provide appropriate follow-up and support. Ensure all customer acquisition activities follow applicable company policies and regulations. Candidate Requirements 6–10 years of relevant experience in AMC, asset management, mutual funds, wealth management, financial services, or related sales/business-development roles. Proven experience in customer acquisition and business development . Strong client relationship and communication skills. Existing network of potential investors/customers is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales/AUM targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills. Target Minimum target: ₹1 crore AMC business/AUM through new customer acquisition.
