Air conditioning and Refrigeration Supervisor- HVAC

Strong understanding of HVAC system, various types of AC equipment, and have thorough knowledge of carrying out comprehensive maintenance and repairs of all types of AC equipment such as DX units, package units, Chillers, chilled water FCU, AHU/FAHU, pumps, VRF systems, thermostats, etc.

Should be able to independently diagnose and identify key issues in the AC system and provide technical inputs and solutions to the technician teams.

Able to work under pressure, take quick decisions, and be open to working outside of office hours.

Self-disciplined and be able to command and effectively lead and manage a large team of technicians and drivers.

Shall be able to carry out efficient day-to-day scheduling of technician teams and relevant communication with all stakeholders. Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the technician teams.

Ability to enforce discipline, identify the weaknesses and train the technician teams for effective service delivery to customers.

Coordination with spare parts team for timely ordering of any spare parts or materials required for repairs.

Report to the AC service manager and effectively coordinate any issues requiring immediate attention, on a daily basis.

Requirements:

Graduate or have professional qualifications such as ITI or other recognized professional courses in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration.

Should have proven experience with a strong focus on customer handling and management.

Ability to effectively use and should have worked on Field service management software or other CRM software.

Basic computer skills and ability to communicate internally and externally through emails.

Shall be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English & Hindi. Arabic speaking will be an added advantage.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
