# AI Trainer – Human Resources & Talent Management **Acamind** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role About the Role Acamind Academy is looking for an outstanding AI Trainer specialising in Human Resources and Talent Management to deliver practical, industry-relevant training on how AI is transforming HR operations. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of HR functions with hands-on experience using generative AI and automation tools to improve recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR documentation, learning and development, and people analytics. We need a trainer who can demonstrate complete HR workflows using AI and help HR professionals apply these tools confidently in their daily work. Key Responsibilities - Design and deliver hands-on AI training programmes for HR professionals, recruiters, HR executives, and HR managers. - Teach practical applications of ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other relevant AI tools for HR. - Demonstrate AI-assisted job description creation, competency mapping, interview question development, candidate communication, and recruitment documentation. - Train participants to use AI for CV screening support, candidate comparison, interview preparation, and structured evaluation while maintaining human oversight and fairness. - Demonstrate AI-assisted onboarding, employee handbook development, HR policies, internal communication, and employee engagement initiatives. - Apply AI to training needs analysis, learning material development, performance review documentation, and HR reporting. - Teach AI-assisted HR analytics, employee survey analysis, workforce reporting, and dashboard preparation. - Introduce practical automation opportunities for repetitive HR administration and reporting. - Cover responsible AI use, employee data confidentiality, bias mitigation, human decision-making, and UAE-relevant HR compliance considerations. - Develop realistic case studies, exercises, templates, and practical assignments based on HR scenarios. - Evaluate participants' progress and help them implement AI in their respective HR roles. Mandatory Requirements - Strong professional experience in HR, talent acquisition, HR operations, HR business partnering, or people management. - Demonstrable hands-on experience using AI tools in HR workflows. - Practical proficiency in ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable AI platforms. - Understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR documentation. - Ability to demonstrate complete, real-world HR use cases rather than merely explain AI concepts. - Previous experience delivering training, workshops, or professional development sessions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Preferred Qualifications: MBA HR, CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, or other relevant HR qualifications, with experience in UAE HR practices. Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED7,900.00 per month Work Location: In person
