The role will focus on using Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies to improve business efficiency, customer experience, decision-making, sales and marketing performance, and operational processes across real estate development and related business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AI technologies and business transformation , with the ability to convert business requirements into practical AI solutions. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement the company's AI and innovation strategy aligned with overall business objectives. - Identify opportunities to apply AI, Generative AI, automation, machine learning, and data analytics across business functions. - Evaluate existing processes and recommend AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization. - Lead AI initiatives across real estate development, sales, marketing, CRM, finance, HR, customer service, property management, and operations . - Develop business cases, ROI assessments, implementation roadmaps, and KPIs for AI initiatives. - Work closely with IT, CRM, Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Development, and Operations teams to identify business challenges that can be addressed through AI. - Lead implementation of AI-powered CRM, lead scoring, customer segmentation, sales forecasting, chatbots, predictive analytics, and automation solutions . - Explore AI applications for property market analysis, pricing, demand forecasting, customer behavior, sales performance, and project analytics . - Evaluate and manage relationships with AI technology providers, consultants, software vendors, and implementation partners. - Lead the adoption of Generative AI tools for content creation, reporting, research, document processing, customer communication, and internal productivity. - Establish appropriate AI governance, data privacy, security, risk management, and responsible AI practices . - Monitor emerging AI technologies and assess their potential business applications within the real estate sector. - Conduct pilot projects and proof-of-concepts before large-scale implementation. - Track the performance and ROI of AI initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management. - Develop training programs and promote AI adoption and awareness among employees. - Ensure AI solutions are properly integrated with existing systems such as CRM, ERP, Odoo, property management systems, BI platforms, and other business applications . - Maintain a roadmap for continuous digital and AI innovation across the organization. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Engineering, or a related field . - Master's degree or professional certification in AI, Data Science, Digital Transformation, or Business Analytics is an advantage. - 5–8+ years of experience in AI, digital transformation, innovation, technology consulting, data analytics, or a related field. - Experience leading AI or digital transformation projects from concept through implementation. - Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, automation, data analytics, and AI platforms . - Experience translating business requirements into technology and AI solutions. - Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and business intelligence. - Experience working with CRM, ERP, BI, automation, or enterprise technology platforms. - Real estate, property development, construction, or other asset-intensive industry experience is preferred.
