FACTO Chamber of Commerce offers businesses access to digital business capabilities, including AI-powered solutions designed to support customer engagement, lead generation, communication and operational efficiency.

Eligible membership packages provide access to tools such as AI Voice Assistants, website voice chat, customer inquiry handling and business automation capabilities.

Position Overview

FACTO is seeking independent AI Solutions Sales Consultants who can introduce business owners to the advantages of AI-powered customer communication and automation.

Your responsibility is to identify businesses that may benefit from these solutions, demonstrate the business value of FACTO membership and acquire paid subscribers.

This is a consultative sales role focused on business outcomes rather than technical development.

Important: AI capabilities are included in eligible FACTO membership subscriptions. Representatives sell the membership packages that provide access to these solutions, not separately commissioned AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify businesses that could benefit from AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
• Prospect service companies, professional offices, retailers and other business operators.
• Explain how AI Voice Assistants can assist with customer inquiries, lead capture and appointment requests.
• Introduce website voice chat and business automation features available through eligible memberships.
• Conduct needs-assessment conversations with business owners.
• Present appropriate FACTO membership packages.
• Demonstrate available AI solution capabilities using approved materials.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying members.
• Assist with initial account registration and referral to appropriate onboarding resources.
• Maintain professional communication with referred clients.
• Encourage continued adoption of available business tools.

Compensation

Representatives receive:

• 30% of the first qualifying membership subscription payment.
• 10% of qualifying recurring membership payments.
• 5% of FACTO's eligible net revenue from qualifying platform transactions by directly referred users.

Same-Day Payment Access

Earned and qualified commissions are credited to your FACTO Wallet on the same day they become payable.

Eligible wallet funds can be withdrawn the same day, subject to processing and other restrictions.

Refunded or disputed customer payments may result in delayed or reversed commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS, software, AI solutions, digital services or business technology preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions in clear business language.
• Understanding of lead generation, appointment scheduling and customer service challenges.
• Confidence presenting solutions to owners and decision-makers.
• Ability to independently prospect and manage sales conversations.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or AI business applications is advantageous.
