In this role, you will build, test, and maintain robust AI-assisted applications and features, bridging modern frontend interfaces with powerful backend services, AWS infrastructure, and LLM-driven workflows. Key Accountabilities - Develop, test, and maintain AI-assisted applications and features for AMS internal solutions. - Build and support frontend and backend components using React , JavaScript , Python , and Flask . - Integrate applications with enterprise data sources, APIs, databases, and AWS services. - Develop and support data ingestion, processing, and retrieval workflows for AI-driven solutions (including RAG-based applications). - Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and implement enhancements to improve application performance and reliability. - Maintain clear technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver business requirements. Qualifications & Requirements1. Education & General Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience. - Solid background working in Agile development environments. 2. Technical Experience - Full-Stack Development: Building modern web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, alongside APIs and backend services using Python and Flask. - Cloud & Infrastructure: Integrating applications with AWS services (e.g., S3, OpenSearch, SES). - Data & Databases: Working with PostgreSQL, Vector Databases, and data ingestion/retrieval processes. - AI & LLM Integration: Hands-on support or exposure to AI/LLM solutions, particularly Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. - Engineering Best Practices: Proficiency with Git, testing, debugging, deployment, and production support practices. 3.
