The QA Analyst is the final quality gate before client submission . No client-facing deliverable should be submitted until it has passed QA. This role reviews work produced across the delivery team against AiDisco's standards for AI SEO, GEO, AEO, content quality, technical accuracy, AI discoverability, metadata, schema, internal linking, and overall presentation. The QA Analyst does not own client strategy and is not expected to rewrite deliverables from scratch. Instead, they validate work against established standards, identify issues, provide clear and actionable feedback, and ensure required corrections have been completed before approving a deliverable for submission. The QA Analyst is also responsible for continuously improving AiDisco's QA standards based on evolving AI search, GEO, AEO, SEO, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate has strong experience in AI SEO, GEO, AEO, or modern search optimisation , combined with exceptional attention to detail and the confidence to reject work that does not meet the required standard. Key Responsibilities1. Final Deliverable Quality Assurance Act as the final quality gate for all client-facing deliverables . Review deliverables before submission, including: AI visibility audits Content briefs Content Metadata Schema recommendations Authority and citation reports AI visibility reports Monthly client deliverables Other client-facing delivery outputs Check deliverables for: Accuracy and completeness Clear structure and formatting Alignment with AiDisco templates and standards Correct use of headings Answer-first content structure Appropriate use of FAQs, tables, summaries, and supporting sections Metadata completeness and quality Schema accuracy and completeness Internal linking recommendations Prompt-to-content alignment AI search and citation readiness Factual consistency Overall clarity, consistency, and professionalism The QA Analyst has responsibility for determining whether a deliverable is ready for client submission or requires revision . Deliverables that do not meet AiDisco standards should be returned to the responsible team member with clear corrective feedback before they can be approved. 2. Content and AI Discoverability QA Validate whether content has been executed according to the approved brief, target prompts, and AiDisco's AI visibility standards. Check that: Target prompts are clearly addressed Important questions receive direct answers Content matches the intended search and user intent Content demonstrates appropriate topical depth Pages contain appropriate supporting information FAQs are useful and relevant rather than generic Internal links support the intended topic structure Metadata accurately represents the page Recommended structured data matches the page content Content is structured to support AI retrieval, recommendation, and citation Claims and recommendations are appropriately supported Content follows current AI SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices The QA Analyst should identify and clearly communicate problems rather than independently changing the underlying strategy or rewriting the content. 3. Technical Deliverable QA Review technical recommendations and outputs for completeness and consistency, including: Metadata Canonicals Indexability recommendations Internal linking Schema recommendations Structured data requirements Sitemap-related recommendations AI crawler accessibility recommendations Other technical AI discoverability requirements included in AiDisco audits The QA Analyst is responsible for identifying missing, inconsistent, or potentially incorrect recommendations. Implementation remains with the appropriate specialist or client development team. 4. Feedback and Issue Flagging Provide clear and actionable feedback to: Pod Leads AI Content Engineers AI Visibility Specialists Authority & Citation Specialists Other relevant delivery team members Examples of issues to flag include: Content does not answer the target prompt clearly Deliverable does not follow the approved brief Content does not meet AI SEO, GEO, or AEO standards Metadata is generic, missing, or incomplete Schema recommendations are missing or incorrectly structured FAQs are weak or irrelevant Internal links are missing Authority recommendations are not relevant Data is inconsistent between sections of a report Client-facing outputs contain unsupported claims Required sections or deliverables are missing Formatting or presentation is below client-ready standard Feedback should clearly identify: What is wrong Why it does not meet the standard What needs to be corrected Who should correct it The QA Analyst is responsible for verifying that required corrections have been completed before approving the deliverable for client submission. 5. QA Standards and Best-Practice Management Own and continuously improve AiDisco's internal QA standards. The QA Analyst should stay informed about developments and best practices across: AI SEO Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) AI search Search engine optimisation Structured data and schema AI crawler behaviour AI citation and retrieval Content quality and information architecture Where best practices evolve, the QA Analyst should evaluate whether AiDisco's existing standards, checklists, and review criteria need to be updated. This includes refining: QA checklists Deliverable review templates Content review standards Technical QA standards AI SEO/GEO/AEO review criteria Recurring issue logs Revision tracking Delivery quality benchmarks Significant changes to QA standards should be documented and communicated clearly to the delivery team so expectations remain consistent. The goal is to ensure that AiDisco's QA framework evolves alongside AI search and industry best practices rather than remaining static. 6. QA Process Management Maintain the systems required to operate QA consistently across client accounts. Responsibilities include: Maintaining QA trackers Recording QA results Tracking revisions Maintaining recurring issue logs Identifying patterns across deliverables Escalating repeated quality issues Monitoring QA turnaround times Identifying opportunities to reduce preventable rework Recurring quality problems should be escalated to the Head of Delivery and relevant Pod Leads. The goal is to reduce rework, improve consistency, and allow AiDisco to scale delivery without reducing quality. Role Boundaries The QA Analyst is responsible for final review, validation, approval, issue identification, feedback, and QA standards . The QA Analyst should: Act as the final gate before client submission Approve or reject deliverables based on QA standards Check outputs against AiDisco standards Validate completeness and accuracy Identify errors and inconsistencies Flag weak or missing work Provide actionable feedback Verify required corrections Maintain QA systems Track recurring delivery issues Update QA standards based on evolving best practices The QA Analyst should not: Own client strategy Rewrite full content pieces from scratch Own performance reporting Own AI visibility measurement Own authority outreach or listings Implement schema Become the default person responsible for fixing every issue identified during QA Act as the final client-facing strategist unless specifically assigned Output Expectations The QA Analyst is expected to: Review assigned deliverables within 24 to 48 hours Ensure client-facing deliverables pass QA before submission Maintain QA trackers across assigned accounts Complete required QA checklists Verify required revisions before approval Produce weekly QA summaries Maintain a recurring issues log Escalate repeated quality problems Regularly review and improve QA standards Help reduce revision cycles Prevent avoidable quality issues from reaching clients Key Skills and QualificationsRequired 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to AI SEO, GEO, AEO, SEO, AI search optimisation, or related disciplines Strong understanding of how content is structured for AI search, retrieval, recommendation, and citation Strong understanding of modern SEO and AI search best practices Exceptional attention to detail Ability to review headings, metadata, FAQs, internal links, schema recommendations, and page structure Ability to evaluate content against target prompts and search intent Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured checklists Strong written communication Analytical and systematic mindset Ability to identify inconsistencies across complex deliverables Comfortable providing direct and constructive feedback to writers and specialists Ability to independently research and evaluate emerging AI SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices Preferred Hands-on experience with AI SEO, GEO, or AEO projects Experience evaluating content for visibility across AI search and answer platforms Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, and other AI search or answer platforms Familiarity with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools Understanding of schema markup and structured data Experience creating or maintaining QA standards, checklists, or SOPs Experience working in a remote delivery team Performance KPIs The QA Analyst will be measured based on: QA turnaround time Percentage of deliverables reviewed on time Client-facing error rate Reduction in revision cycles QA checklist completion Accuracy and usefulness of QA feedback Percentage of identified issues resolved before submission Recurring issue identification Reduction in repeated delivery errors Improvement in deliverable quality over time Quality and relevance of updates made to QA standards Success Looks Like A successful QA Analyst helps AiDisco achieve the following: Nothing below AiDisco's quality standard reaches the client Deliverables are consistently clean and client-ready Errors are caught internally rather than by clients Content follows current AI SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI visibility best practices Metadata and schema issues are identified early Revision cycles decrease Specialists receive clear feedback when work needs improvement Recurring delivery problems are identified and addressed QA standards continuously improve as AI search evolves Quality remains consistent as the business scales Benefits 13th month pay HMO coverage Paid leave Government-mandated benefits Fully remote working arrangement Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Application Question(s): How many years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to AI SEO, GEO, AEO, SEO, AI search optimisation, or related disciplines?
