The successful candidate will work closely with investment, technology, engineering, data, and business teams to develop AI-powered products that deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities: Own the full product lifecycle for assigned AI products, from discovery and business-case development through production deployment and continuous improvement. Identify high-value opportunities where artificial intelligence can improve business processes and decision-making. Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable success criteria. Translate business problems and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and product specifications. Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, designers, and technology teams to deliver AI products. Evaluate different AI approaches, including LLMs, AI agents, machine learning, RAG, and automation solutions. Balance product quality, technical feasibility, security, scalability, cost, and time-to-market. Lead product prototyping, experimentation, testing, and validation with users. Monitor product performance, adoption, user feedback, and business outcomes. Drive continuous product improvements based on data, user feedback, and changing business requirements. Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders. Ensure AI products are developed responsibly with appropriate governance, security, privacy, and risk controls. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to business workflows. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Several years of experience in product management, technology consulting, digital transformation, AI, or a related field. Experience managing technology or AI products from concept through production. Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, and AI-agent technologies. Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, designers, and business stakeholders. Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmapping, prioritisation, experimentation, and product analytics. Ability to understand technical AI concepts and translate them into practical business solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience with AI product prototyping and emerging AI development tools is an advantage. Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance is preferred.
