About the Opportunity

Brilliant Investment & Development Group is seeking an experienced AI Product & Business Applications Lead to spearhead the development, implementation, and delivery of secure, enterprise-grade AI applications and intelligent business solutions across our diversified group of companies.

The successful candidate will combine strong software engineering expertise with proven technical leadership, business process understanding, and practical experience delivering AI-enabled applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise AI products and business applications.
• Translate executive and departmental requirements into technical solutions, development roadmaps, and measurable deliverables.
• Develop secure web applications, AI portals, executive dashboards, and internal business systems.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), AI assistants, APIs, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and approved enterprise platforms.
• Design and implement authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), approval workflows, and audit trails.
• Lead and coordinate AI engineers, software developers, and automation specialists.
• Establish application architecture, coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, testing procedures, and deployment controls.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data confidentiality, system reliability, and company ownership of all developed solutions.
• Deliver measurable improvements in business efficiency, automation, reporting, and operational performance.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable professional experience.
• Minimum 6 years of professional software/application development experience.
• At least 2 years of technical leadership, engineering delivery, or product release ownership.
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including frontend, backend, APIs, and relational databases.
• Experience with technologies such as Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React, Next.js, .NET, or equivalent frameworks.
• Proven production experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other LLM APIs into functional business applications.
• Solid understanding of authentication, RBAC, secure application architecture, testing, and cloud deployment.
• Strong English communication, documentation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint integrations.
• Enterprise AI applications, RAG-enabled products, and business process automation.
• Multi-company or multi-tenant application architecture.
• Construction, investment, real estate, procurement, finance, or operational management systems.
• Leading technical teams and delivering business applications from concept to production.

Selection Process

Shortlisted applicants will complete a practical technical and leadership assessment involving an AI-enabled business application, secure integration, an approval workflow, and a proposed 90-day delivery roadmap.
