A squad is a persistent team of specialized agents that learns an enterprise's data estate, does the real migration and modeling work, checks every result against a contract, and keeps only what it proves. The team We're a small, senior team of engineers and operators who have built enterprise software, data platforms, and AI systems. We value ownership, clear thinking, and shipping work that's been verified. Platform sits in Engineering – Platform and builds the product every squad runs on, along with its infrastructure, security, and operations. You'll work closely with our Forward Deployed Engineers, whose field experience shapes what we build. The role A squad is only as good as the context it reasons from, the harness it runs in, and what it learns from verified work. On Platform, you'll help build the product that delivers all three, plus the security, compliance, and DevOps foundations enterprises need before they trust it. Working alongside senior engineers, you'll own well-scoped features end to end across product, data, security, and infrastructure, and grow quickly into owning larger areas. What you'll build– Build product features and LangGraph agent workflows with tools, checkpointing, and human review steps. – Build Delivery Harness components, parity checks, and eval suites wired into CI. – Build connectors, ingestion, and Experience Graph pipelines, with quality checks and lineage. – Implement access controls, secrets handling, audit logging, and guardrails, and help produce compliance evidence. – Build CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and Kubernetes deployments, and take part in releases and on-call. What we look for– 2–5 years in software engineering, with 1+ year building with LLMs beyond prototypes. – Hands-on LangGraph (or similar), and familiarity with evals. – Strong SQL and data modeling, plus pipelines built with Airflow, Dagster, dbt, or Spark. – Docker, a major cloud, and CI/CD, basic Kubernetes or Terraform, and working knowledge of IAM and secure coding. – Strong Python and production APIs, with ownership and a habit of measuring what you build. Nice to have – Experience with streaming or CDC (e.g., Kafka, Debezium). – Experience with graph databases or knowledge graphs. – Experience building MCP servers or agent tools. – Exposure to ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audits. – Side projects, open-source contributions, or hackathon wins in AI, data, or infrastructure.
