Having generated ~$45M in year-to-date loan volume, backend operations are currently capped at 15 deals per month due to manual processes. Leadership has intentionally paused outward marketing to build a scalable operational foundation that can handle 50 deals per month ($100M+ volume) without adding redundant headcount. 💼 About the Role Forget the traditional Executive Assistant or "AI prompter" mental model.
